Mr Huda's Curry - Quick & Easy Curry Recipe

Howdy! A quick blog post tonight..

Just made one of the best curries I have had in a long time and thought I definitely need to share this one with you guys.

A few months back, Chris and I went to the Good Food Show and one of the things we picked up was Mr Huda's Universal Curry Paste. Being seriously busy and then going on holiday I hadn't had a chance to try it out until tonight - and boy, it was an excellent buy.

I just made a generic tomato curry with the paste but I'm keen to try out the proper recipes you can do with this versatile paste - Mr Huda has loads to try on his website which can be found at

You can buy the sauces here and there are other selected online retailers if you google it. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Here's the recipe I made tonight -

250g diced chicken
1 x large onion
2 x cloves of garlic
1 x tin of chopped tomatoes
6 teaspoons of Mr Huda's Universal Curry Paste
1/2 teaspoon of dried chilli flakes

1. Brown the onion and the chicken in a pot
2. Add the garlic, and the curry paste and leave to simmer for a few minutes
3. Add the chopped tomatoes, and chilli flakes and give a good stir
4. Leave to simmer for 45 minutes

Serve with rice and naan.

p.s. I have not been paid to write this review, views are my own. I just genuinely loved the paste.
